Raymond St. Jacques Cushnie (B.Tech)
Senior Architectural Technologist
Mr. Cushnie was educated at Ryerson Polytechnic University in Toronto, Canada, receiving a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Architectural Science in 1998. He also earned an Architectural Visualization Specialist Certificate from George Brown College in 2002.
As a freelance Technologist Mr. Cushnie has assisted several Ontario firms with CAD Technology and Construction Documentation, including Health Strategy and Quadrangle. Through Arcad Ltd he has worked with A. Robert Murphy, Larkin, Kirkor, Richard Stevens and Stanford Downey in Canada. Internationally, he has worked with DDL Studio of Grand Cayman, and Flad & Associates of Wisconsin. He continues to participate in Architraz, a small award-winning technology studio in Ontario that advocates the implementation of Sustainable Design and Building Information Modeling. From 2004 to 2010, Mr. Cushnie led Lee & Astwood's Technical Document Development Department.
Mr. Cushnie now serves as Senior Architectural Technologist at JAL Consultants Ltd, overseeing Technical Production while performing duties as a Project Manager and Troubleshooter.
